How to use Bag & Bake

Simply add your choice of meat or veggies (or both!) to the cooking bag.
Sprinkle in the PERi-PERi spice. Fold the bag along the edge and give it a gentle shake.
Lay it flat on a baking tray, making sure that none of your meat is lying on top of each other, then pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. It’s as easy as that! After 30 minutes, remove from the oven, tear the bag and revel in the masterpiece which you’ve created.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of the Nando's Bag & Bake product (Product) and you want to claim your money back (Offer), you (the original purchaser of the Product) must:

mail your original Product purchase till receipt (dated between 01.11.20 & 31.12.20 (Offer Period)) and the front section of the Product packaging (which must include the “Money Back Guarantee” sticker) to “Nando’s PERi-PERi Australia, Level 3, 223 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010”;
provide your full name;
provide your full postal address;
provide a statement of at least 10 words advising why you were not satisfied with the Product; and
ensure the above information and documentation is received by Nando’s PERi-PERi Australia (Nando’s, we or us) no later than 31.01.21 (Due Date);

(Claim).

If we receive a valid Claim by the Due Date, we’ll mail you a cheque (to the postal address you provided in point 3 of your Claim) within 28 days, for the cost of the Product (based on the price paid on the original till receipt provided in point 1 of your Claim) plus an additional $1 for postage, made out to the person who purchased the Product and made the Claim (using the full name provided in point 2 of the Claim).

The Offer is:

a. only valid for the Offer Period;

b. only valid for the Nando’s Bag & Bake Product (either Lemon & Herb or Medium flavour) with the “Money Back Guarantee” sticker on the packaging;

c. only valid with the original Product purchase receipt (copies will not be accepted);

d. only valid for purchases of the Product made in Australia;

e. limited to one Claim per household;

f. limited to one Claim per mail application transaction;

g. not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash; and

h. in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

In relation to the Offer:

i. we accept no responsibility for illegible, late, lost or misdirected Claims;

ii. Claims that do not include all required information (including the information in points 1 to 5 above), or are otherwise incomplete, indecipherable or illegible, will be deemed invalid and will not be processed;

iii. our decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any such decisions;

iv. we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, or discontinue the Offer, at any time, however if we discontinue the Offer, we will still process valid Claims made before that date; and

v. your privacy is important to us and by providing us with your personal information, you consent to Nando's collecting, using and disclosing your personal information for the purposes of processing your Claim.
