350g turkey mince
1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
Small handful of roughly chopped coriander
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the dressing :
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1⁄2 fresh lime
Small handful of sliced almonds
